Ward Kay, Ph.D., Vice

Ward has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of public opinion research including study design, sampling, interviewer training, project coordination, data entry, analysis and report writing. He has contributed to more than 80 research projects for private companies, associations and governmental agencies at the federal, state and local levels and has conducted focus groups throughout the country. He has a doctorate in Public Policy, a MS in Survey Methodology and a BS in statistics. Ward has developed numerous publications and presentations for professional societies. He has been interviewed on CNN and local TV and radio stations, in addition to newspaper interviews with USA Today, Roll Call and other newspapers about various polls he conducted. More details.
